98 on this product 1. Pull out the wand from the container and wipe off excess product from the wand on the neck of the bottle. (It is advisable to start with a small amount of lip color and build the color by dipping the wand again in the bottle if required)
2. Outline your lips, starting from the centre of the upper lip and move outwards, following the contours of your lip.
3. Swipe across the entire upper and lower lips.
4. Leave the lip color to dry for a couple of minutes. Do not press your lips together until the lip color dries completely.
