Returns and Refunds
Our products cannot be returned or exchanged except if you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product. You may follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 7 business days of receiving the order:
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email at email@example.com within 7 business days of receiving the order.
Step 2: Provide us with your order details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. An image of the product and the invoice will be required for our reference, in all cases.
Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and containers intact.
Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you may initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take a few additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on the policies and procedures followed by your bank.
For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It may take a few additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on the policies and procedures followed by your bank.
Returns will be declined under the following conditions:
Change of mind about shade selection after placing the order.
Product is slightly used or altered.
Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
Returned without original packaging including tags, labels, invoice, freebies and other accessories or if is damaged.
Serial Number is tampered with.
If is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery.
If the return request is not accompanied by an image of the defected/wrong product and invoice.
PS: Please do check for any allergies you may be suffering from, against the list of ingredients mentioned for each product on this website, before placing your order for that particular product. These would be complete lists of all ingredients of the particular product. Any return and/or refund request for products based on the reason that the user is allergic to any ingredient of the product shall not be accepted.
Orders once placed on trudiance.com cannot be cancelled, unless
- There is a problem with the payment/transaction
- There is an unavoidable circumstance by which you are unable to accept the delivery of the order
In any case above, you may follow the simple steps below to cancel your order.
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Step 2: Provide us with your order details and your reason to cancel your order on the email.
Step 3: We will revert to you via a reply to the same email, and/or a telephonic call and also confirm to you when the order is cancelled. We will initiate the refund process within 24-48 hours of receiving the request for cancellation.
Note: Right to accept or deny the request for cancellation of any order lies with Trudiance. The customer support team shall keep you posted on the status of the request as deemed fit by the company.
We ship only in India, currently. Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.
Orders typically take 5-7 business days to be delivered, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, and on delivering of the shipment subject to courier company/post office norms.
Trudiance shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 5 business days from the date of the order and payment receipt, or in accordance with the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the account details or the shipping address shared at the time of placing order only at all times (unless specified at the time of order placement).
As per company policy, shipping and handling of all orders worth INR 700 and above will be free of charge. All orders worth INR 699 and below will attract a shipping and handling charge of INR 79.
All orders with the payment mode of Cash On Delivery (COD) will attract a shipping and handling charge of INR 49.
Shipping and handling charges mentioned in the two points above (for orders worth INR 699 and below and COD orders) are mutually exclusive and both may be independently applied on any order with a selection of both of the above criteria.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
