Here are some ways that may help you.
- Take a good look at the veins in your arms.
If they appear green, your skin is most likely to have a warm undertone.
If they appear to be a mix of green and blue/purple, your skin is most likely to have a neutral undertone.
If they appear blue-ish or purple-ish, your skin is most likely to have a cool undertone.
- What kind of jewelry looks best on you?
If the answer is gold, your skin is most likely to have a warm undertone.
If the answer is gold as well as silver, your skin is most likely to have a neutral undertone.
If the answer is silver, your skin is most likely to have a cool undertone.
- Hold up a plain white paper or cloth next to your face and look into the mirror.
If your skin appears yellow-ish in comparison to the paper/cloth, your skin is most likely to have a warm undertone.
If your skin appears both yellow-ish and pink-ish in comparison to the paper/cloth, your skin is most likely to have a neutral undertone.
If your skin appears pink-ish in comparison to the paper/cloth, your skin is most likely to have a cool undertone.
